Enrollment Procedures
CURRENT FAMILIES: Re-enrollment for current families begins February 1 and concludes the last calendar day in February.
We encourage our parents to re-enroll early not only to assure a place for their child(ren) for the upcoming school year. All classes are filled on a first come, first-serve basis.
New Families: Enrollment packets and other information are available in the school office. Parents wishing to enroll their children at HCA will be invited to an interview with the administrator. The custodial parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and the student must be present at this interview and should bring the completed application form along with the registration fee.
It is also helpful if parents bring recent report cards and achievement test scores. Final acceptance is contingent upon the results of placement tests, the review of permanent records from the student’s previous schooling, and the grade placement of the student.
